Materiality is expressed through restraint and refinement. Venetian plaster walls, natural stone and warm timber veneer joinery create a layered, tactile interior, softened by gently curved forms that echo the building’s coastal language. The upper level is defined by scale, light and a seamless connection to the ocean, with full-height glazing opening to expansive terraces and a feature fireplace and bespoke joinery adding warmth and grounding. At its centre, the kitchen serves as both sculptural focal point and high-performance workspace, with a curved stone island, butler’s pantry, bar and banquette dining designed to shift effortlessly from intimate moments to larger gatherings.
